Obergurgl Ski Resort
Situated
in the spectacular Oetz Valley, Obergurgl is Austria’s highest
resort, resulting in an excellent snow record. Obergurgl remains
largely unspoilt - there is no through traffic and the attractive
village centre has plenty to offer in the way of traditional nightlife.
The ski resort itself is above 1500m, so skiing back to the resort
is usually possible. With pistes above 2500 metres, skiing is assured
throughout the season.
